Residential and existing small-business needs receive priority during drought, grid emergencies, or low water pressure. -
Chemical Transparency & Closed-Loop Waste Management
Public chemical disclosures and zero liquid discharge into groundwater, surface water, or sewer systems. -
Thermal Baseline & Dark-Sky Compliance
Pre-construction thermal mapping, a maximum temperature increase at property lines, and shielded warm-spectrum lighting. -
Independent Hydrological Audit
Baseline well and aquifer testing before construction, with annual public retesting.
